How many times in the past year have you heard of a friend or relative being laid off? How much of your local news seems to be dedicated on a regular basis to employment issues? It seems the entire election this year (2006) revolves around jobs (or lack thereof).

Just how secure do you REALLY think your job is? The "it won't happen to me" argument just doesn't hold water anymore. There are simply too many people all around us losing their jobs.

Working for yourself in an industry that is growing (and is predicted to CONTINUE to grow for many years to come) is about the only way to really guarantee that your job won't be "outsourced" or phased out.

The AMSOIL company has seen double digit growth for the last 20 years STRAIGHT! Even when all other businesses seem to be feeling the pinch of a poor economy, the AMSOIL company is growing by leaps and bounds. A couple years ago, the company purchased what seemed to be a HUGE facility for office space, product storage and blending/bottling of the product. At the time, it was anticipated that this facility would be sufficient for years to come. Now, just a few years later, they are looking at the likelihood that the company will have to "add-on" in a major way within the next couple days just to keep up with demand.

Does this sound like a company you can grow with? The AMSOIL brand name is FAR more recognizable today than it was even 2 or 3 years ago, and that trend shows no signs of stopping or even slowing down. This is an IDEAL time to become an AMSOIL dealer.

Will AMSOIL "Phase Out" the Dealer Network?

That is a fair question. It wouldn't be the first time that an MLM company got a little too big for it's britches and decided to go straight to the large chain stores and phase out the dealers. Many dealers with other companies have had their entire business pulled right out from under them by this type of move.

Now, I can't tell you I've got some crystal ball to see into the future (I don't believe in that kind of thing anyway). But, I can tell you this much. AMSOIL has been approached by NUMEROUS very large chain stores that have been interested in carrying our products. I'm not sure if, legally, I can actually provide their names. But, AMSOIL has been approached by two of the largest auto part chain stores in the country as well as the largest retailer in the world, ---mart.

AMSOIL has turned them all down (even in the face of a potential lawsuit). Why? Because AMSOIL is truly committed to the dealer network - and not just because it's the right thing to do. They have their own best interests in mind as well. How is that? How could it not benefit them to put their products on the shelves of the largest retailers in the country?

Well, consider it from this perspective. Let's say, completely hypothetically of course, that Walmart wanted to carry the AMSOIL product line. They know how the AMSOIL business currently operates, and they understand how much business is done by the independent dealer network. Walmart's M.O. has always been to stomp out whatever serious competition they could by undercutting prices to the point where other retailers could not longer compete.

Why should this situation be any different? Walmart would place the AMSOIL product on the shelf and sell if for less then I can buy it for as a dealer. Insiders say that Walmart can afford to take a loss on a product for years before it would really impact their business at all. How long do you think it would take for AMSOIL dealers - many of whom rely on their AMSOIL business entirely for their livelihood - to begin looking for a job once all of their customers start buying AMSOIL from Walmart for significantly less than they can get it from any dealer?

Could a dealer go a year? Most of them probably not even that long - especially if they knew Walmart wasn't going to stop till they were out of business. The dealer network would absolutely CRUMBLE in short order.

Once the dealer network fell apart, Walmart becomes the only available outlet for AMSOIL products. So, they now have the power to go back to AMSOIL and DICTATE price. "Since we're the only game in town, we need you to cut our cost for product by 30%. Thank you."

What is AMSOIL going to say? In order to stay in business, now that the dealer network doesn't exist, they have no choice but to meet Walmart's demand. The only way to do that? Cut corners. Dummy down the product. Use cheaper basestocks and additives.

Now AMSOIL is nothing more than another commodity oil. A far cry from what it once was.

AMSOIL Understands the Value of Their Dealer Network

The AMSOIL company is all too aware of what would happen to the AMSOIL company in a scenario like I've presented above, and they are not willing to go that route. Besides, the AMSOIL dealer network has proven itself to be a viable business model. Three HUGE companies have partnered with AMSOIL in the five years to market their products through our dealer network.

These companies have NEVER worked with a company that utilizes this type of business model to sell product. There was concern on both sides that we might not be able to meet the quotas that were set in order for us to maintain these business relationships with these two companies. These concerns turned out to be completely unfounded. For at least 2 of the 3 companies, the AMSOIL dealer network set sales RECORDS in just six months.

The dealer network has proven its value to the AMSOIL company, and AMSOIL has proven its loyalty to the dealer network. This is a company you can grow with and one that you can TRUST to stick with you and not kick you to the curb when some large retailer comes knocking.

There is no more secure business opportunity than the AMSOIL Business Opportunity.
