Periodically, email/internet providers such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail, mistakenly filter our mailings (either deleting them entirely or sending them to your bulk/junk/spam folder, assuming they are SPAM. In order to make sure our email response gets through to you, it would be helpful if you would add us to your "address book" and also to your "whitelist" or "safelist" (instructions provided below if you're not sure how). Even if our email to you has already been placed in your INBOX and was not filtered as spam, it would still be a good idea to add us to your white/safelist/address book to be certain that FUTURE emails are also sent to your INBOX. It only takes a moment, and will ensure that any further correspondence between us is not "lost" into the email filtering abyss. We have separated our instructions below by the largest email providers. If yours is not listed, and you don't know how to do what we've suggested above, you may wish to contact your email provider and ask them for assistance. Otherwise, please click on your provider in the list below to be presented with instructions for your email system. As far as your safelist/whitelist is concerned, it is often better to simply add our email DOMAIN (guarding-our-earth.com) to your list as opposed to a single address (ie. info@guarding-our-earth.com), just in case you receive a message from two different "departments" (ie. sales@guarding-our-earth.com AND support@guarding-our-earth.com).
