	Should I Do an Engine Flush?
	Any vehicle over about 20,000 miles should flush the engine prior to installation of AMSOIL synthetic oils. Use of AMSOIL Engine Flush makes certain that the engine is clean upon installation of AMSOIL synthetic oils which will help assure that you can get the full life from the products without excessive contamination from prior engine contaminants. Exceptions to this "rule" include any vehicles that have already been using a synthetic oil for at least the last 20-30,000 miles. ANOTHER IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: AMSOIL Engine Flush is not recommended for use in transmissions, differentials, air-cooled engines, engines that share a common oil sump with the transmission (motorcycles & ATV's) or engines not equipped with an oil filter.

Our Apologies to Non-Javascript Users of our AMSOIL Synthetic Oil Site

To those viewing this AMSOIL synthetic motor oil website with Javascript turned off, we extend our apologies for the less accessible interface. We recognize that our non-javascript navigational system clutters up the page a bit and makes it slightly more difficult to access our product info (ie. the product pages for our synthetic lubricants, synthetic diesel oil, transmission lubes, gear lubes, synthetic greases, two-cycle oils and oil and air filtration devices).

Unfortunately, in order to make it easier for the majority of our website visitors (who are searching for AMSOIL and other lubrication and filtration info with Javascript turned on) to find the synthetic lubricants info they seek, a javascript based site was really the most effective solution.
