I want to know if I can use amsoil 5w-30 in my 2013 dodge 5.7 hemi. There seems to be a lot of negative info on 5w-20 in which dodge recommends for the 5.7.

Although you may be able to get away with it, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially while still under warranty. Even though a 5w30 may work fine for you, there is some suggestion that there are specific aspects of that 5.7 which may make the 5w20 a more appropriate viscosity choice.

That being said, if I was going to put 5w20 or 0w20 anything in any of my vehicles, I would definitely go for the highest quality option I could find, which would be the AMSOIL Signature Series oils. I promise you, they will hold up well.
