BrowserSizer  -  BrowserSizer is a low-fat, NOT in-your-face tool to help www developers check to see how their web pages look on screen resolutions of 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and WebTV.

HTML Executable - Create single Executable files with your Web pages and related files. Ideal for tutorials, magazines, newspapers in HTML. When end users run the Executable File, all files are extracted from the package to a temporary folder. Then, the default web browser is launched to view your pages. Finally, after the web browser is closed, temporary files are deleted.

Net Vampire  -  Super freeware file downloader. Handles http and ftp automatically. Resumes broken downloads.  Schedule it to download whenever you want and put the files wherever you want.  Just drag and drop the url into the program. Very configurable.

Paquet Builder  - Build professional and powerful self-extracting executable files. Add password protection, specify directory for installation & restrict user changes. Add installation messages. This is the only freeware executable builder I have seen.

The Rename -  This is a first for me folks.  Maybe there are other programs out there that will do this, but I haven't seen them.  Ever wanted to rename a ton of files to a different extension or prefix (like changing .htm files to .html or .html to .shtml for SSI).  This is the program to do it.  You wouldn't believe the flexibility and ease of use.  

WarFTP - An absolutely freeware ftp program.

WS FTP Lite - Another excellent absolutely freeware ftp program. Supports directory structures and chmod as well.
